Worksent Technologies Pvt Ltd (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates worksent.com (hereinafter referred to as “Service”).

CalOPPA is the first state law in the nation to require commercial websites and online services to post a privacy policy. The law’s reach stretches well beyond California to require a person or company in the United States (and conceivable the world) that operates websites collecting personally identifiable information from California consumers to post a conspicuous privacy policy on its website stating exactly the information being collected and those individuals with whom it is being shared, and to comply with this policy.

According to CalOPPA we agree to the following:

1. users can visit our site anonymously;

2. our Privacy Policy link includes the word “Privacy”, and can easily be found on the home page of our website;

3. users will be notified of any privacy policy changes on our Privacy Policy Page;

4. users are able to change their personal information by emailing us at info@worksent.com.

Our Policy on “Do Not Track” Signals:

We honor Do Not Track signals and do not track, plant cookies, or use advertising when a Do Not Track browser mechanism is in place. Do Not Track is a preference you can set in your web browser to inform websites that you do not want to be tracked.

We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service (“Service Providers”), provide Service on our behalf, perform Service-related services or assist us in analysing how our Service is used.

These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

14. Analytics

We may use third-party Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Service.

15. CI/CD tools

We may use third-party Service Providers to automate the development process of our Service.

We may use remarketing services to advertise on third party websites to you after you visited our Service. We and our third-party vendors use cookies to inform, optimise and serve ads based on your past visits to our Service.

Cancellation Policy

  • A subscriber can place the cancellation order for a particular service within 7-10 days of service agreement via prescribed cancellation form.
  • No cancellation is possible for the services offered with promotional discounts on special occasions viz. Independence Day, Christmas and New Year. These are limited edition offers and hence any range of refund would not be possible.
  • In no case, Worksent will entertain cancellation requests made for services such as domain name registration and domain name transfer.
  • Fee once paid will not be refunded in any case even if the cancellation is posted within 12 hours.
  • A service stands cancel if next payment is not received within 7 working days

Refund Policy

  • Every service offered by us takes different course of action to get accomplished from start to end thus refund policy differs from one service to other.
  • There is always a certain set of resources that are involved in achieving every milestone of a campaign. Thus, a refund would not be entertained for the work already completed.
  • No refund is possible for the fee paid in the form of administrative fees or installation charges.
  • Taxes paid on services levied by regulatory bodies would not be refunded with fee refund.
  • No refund will be entertained in case service gets canceled due to any violation of terms stated in our Terms & Condition section.
  • There is no refund policy for the services placed under same day Service
  • WorkSent is not liable to pay refund if delay or service disruption happens due to third party involvement.

Dispute Resolution Policy

Purpose: Worksent (“the Company”) endeavours to be responsive to clients and customers and to quickly and fairly address any concerns or complaints the client and customer may have. The Company recognizes a client and customer’s right to make a complaint about the conduct of the Company’s operations, services, staff, or third-party vendors, where that client and customer’s interests appear to have been adversely affected.

The purpose of the Dispute Resolution Policy is to protect the client and customer’s rights, including the right to comment and complain; provide an efficient and fair process for resolving client and customer complaints; and to monitor complaints in an effort to improve the quality of operations and services the Company provides. This policy will provide the Company an opportunity to provide service and satisfaction to dissatisfied clients and customers; ensure a consistent method of management; monitoring, and reporting of complaints; and identify areas that need improvement.

Definitions Complaint: An expression of dissatisfaction or concern regarding the services, operating procedures, staff, vendors, or complaint handling process made by a client and client and customer.

Complainant: The person making the complaint.

Client and customer: The person or entity receiving advice, a service, or otherwise engaged in a business relationship with the Company.

Complaint Log: Electronic or paper records of all incoming complaints, including information on the complainant and resolution of complaint.

Complaint Process Clients and customers should initially direct their concerns to Sreekanth U K. The complaint should be made in writing, including means of electronic communication such as email. Correspondence should be addressed as follows: Via Email- ; Via First Class Mail- Company’s COO, Jithu John.

Response to complaints: A Client’s Complaint Intake Form will be opened for each complaint and all complaints will be logged into the Company’s complaint log. The Complaint Resolution Manager will attempt to resolve the complaint within the first contact, when possible, and will respond to the client and customer’s concerns within 3 business days of the initial complaint. At the time of the first contact, Complaint Resolution Manager will inform the client and customer if more time will be needed to research the complaint.

Unresolved Complaints: If the complaint is still unresolved after communication with the Complaint Resolution Manager, or if the initial complaint is not addressed in a timely manner, the complainant may contact the Company’s CEO, Jobin Johny. The CEO will then contact the client and customer and endeavour to resolve the complaint within 3 business days after being contacted.

Complaint Log Review: The Company’s complaint log will be regularly reviewed to identify areas of the Company’s operations and service that may require improvement. The Company Complaint Resolution Manager will research reoccurring complaint matters and recommend process and procedure changes, when appropriate. These changes will be noted on the Complaint Resolution Log, and any necessary Company Policy and Procedure updates will be made within 15 business days thereafter.
